Step 3: Zable Triages Patients and Verifies Referral Letters
Zable’s smart triage system:
- Matches patients precisely to your specialty or sub-specialty, reducing unsuitable referrals.
- Triages by location, ensuring patients book providers within their travel radius.
- Verifies referral letters before they reach your practice, minimising admin burden.
By handling this pre-screening process, Zable ensures that reception teams are not overloaded with mismatched referrals and specialists only receive patients appropriate for their expertise.
Step 4: Receive Validated Patient Referrals
Once a patient selects a specialist, they upload their GP referral letter directly to Zable.
